Got the EBB systems done.

Finally got some pics to net too, here's the article:

More pics on the next updates.
I might add the plan sketch too if needed?

Some soil plants moved to cold side of the greenhouse:

The next project will most likely be expanding the sprinkler-project.
The plan is to sprinkle water & nutrients for the outdoor plants too.
Quite easy to implement actually... more about that soon.

Very impressive. Do you ever have problems with insects in the greenhouse?  If so, how do you deal with them?

Well, yes, aphids are very common problem, but before neem-oil they were almost too bad to handle with big plants.

They really don't like the taste of neem oil which keeps them mostly away.
Has saved my two previous seasons. :)

Now, back to the projects! ->

great idea using epoxy on the wood for the water usage. have always loved looking at your creative settups, but man that is alot of clay pellets!!!

question about your cold side pic ( http://www.fatalii.net/cold2.jpg )
i notice many of your soil potted plants have a tube into the soil... what is it for? possibly better airflow in your soil? have you a link where you talk about it.

Fatalii

Yes it's a lot of clay pellets. :)

I actually planted few tomatoes there to see the results of the fast growth rate soon, and they started growing very rapidly just after few days from planting them!

The pots have a watertank on bottom which will be filled with water so the roots will find water there when needed.
Helps to prevent overwatering and allows me to be away for several days.

I have been using a method where I fertilize chiles very carefully directly to soil and apply just fresh water to tanks... seems to work quite fine. :)

Real time chat is much more fruitful and I'd be happy to see more foreigners there!  :)
