Folded Leaves

Some of the younger leaves on a couple of my plants are folded and somewhat wrinkled. The fold is located at the base of the leaf near the stem. The rest of the leaf has a wrinkled pattern to it. I can't figure out how to send a photo, the image seems to be too large. I'm worried that this may be a disease. The ph is  6-6.5.
Also, a pest and disease section would be helpful on this site

Over fertilizing may cause wrinkled leaves. Try milder solutions! Already wrinkled leaves won't straighten anymore, but the new ones will be smooth again. Hopefully.

This also depends on the breed if you're growing chinenses, it's completely normal: that's just the way they are try to upload some images!
