I will germinate the other varieties end January and will pre grow them using CFL untill they are ready to go outside, which will probably be end of April
I guess I will extend my list a bit while waiting for those wild´s to germinate

Sometimes wild species can be a pain in the ass to get germinated!
Rockwool cubes really make growing chiles much more fun.

Heey Fatalii, what will happen with the seed shell. Does it fall of. When growing in soil the seedling + seed has some friction while emerging to the surface. But in RW there is no friction. You must have seen it hundreds of times.

Remember that lances will grow very slowly when seedlings.. but later... well, you'll see.

That lance compared to the rhom grows very slowly. The lance is starting to get some grow height now. Just a few mm

I got a little worried about lance at first because  it was so slow, but when it makes more foliage, it will become one of the fastest one!

Yes the Lance grows very very slowly, but heey already glad they germinated  .
Interesting to see for me how they develop in the next few weeks.

Yeah, I just  tried to say don't worry about it's growth! there won't be that much happening in few weeks but... you will see when it's summer!!

Nicely organised system you got there! Sometimes rigging the lights can be a pain in the ass. I've tried to make my lightsystem as simple as possible.

2 x 36W fluorescence tubes (warm white)

Seems to be enough 'cause my C. lanceolatum is fruiting under those tubes...
