The weather didn't get better, only worse. did find a way to keep them away from the evil sun and pigeons, though.
Here's the same plant that was attacked by the cruel pigeons last time:

Looks better, eh?  :)

Yeah, I'll have to think of something.
As we speak it's 23:00 (11:00PM) and I'm in my underpants, sweating my ass off.

Yes, and they're still dying. hope it'll get better.
I seriously don't want to take pictures of my plants now... it's just sad.

40c, moist and direct sun *will* cause spontaneous fires.  :-[

That's extremely impressive. never done something in that scale. well done.

Mine was *really* over fertilized, even though they sometimes react differently to the same nutrient solution. might be an age thing, or maybe the diet they're used to.

I did that so it would stress the plant. sorry, I had the entire background story on another forum and forgot you people aren't up-2-date. it's now getting its normal feed and back to normal for comparison. Fatalii already has a massive stem, as the picture is a bit old.

Thought that might be it. not a huge SMF fan here, but ok.

Just a thing a noticed... you're running SMF, right? so why does it say "phpBB" at the ranks? even if it was phpBB, that wouldn't make sense.  :P

Crossing different species and even different chiles from the same species is always interesting. I've been working on a C. chinense x C. frutescens cross for two years now, and the results never cease to amaze me.

As of now working on 16 different projects, where 14 of the those are new crosses. it's hard work, but fun work.

I don't think so, it's just part of the look.
All chiles get that look eventually, it just takes time.
