..and I'm sort of afraid for pertsa, since he's known to have tried pretty much every single chile there is to try. I'd probably put a nail through my tongue instead of having to eat one of these pods.

..and everyone hopefully knows, that these chiles are used in a different way than most: the skin of the pod is slightly scraped open and the food is lightly touched with it - you're NOT supposed to toss it down your throat..

That's right, you're not supposed to. Guess twice who's going to do that anyway, no matter what the recommendations or the common sense says...:roll: I can still somehow recall the times rock climbing was regarded as an extreme sport...

If Naga Morich becomes (and it will become) more popural by the time, I'm sure that numerous accidents will occure due to barbarous use of this pepper :|

For an amateur like me (gosh, I feel like I am in a porn movie...) it is difficult to imagine any MORE pain than I already get from, say, a Habanero or even a standard thai mouse-shit chilli (prik kee noo, I have no idea what the actual species might be. They look like piri-piri. I'm sure everybody knows already.) I mean, if those chillies already make me feel that I want to die if I eat them raw, how is is possible to want to die MORE? I sort of get it, but not quite...
