Has anyone had anything weird (that's all I'm saying) start growing from Aurinko kukkamulta (http://www.turvejahumus.fi/?valinta=Tuotteet&tuote=Kukkamulta) brand soil?

I'm afraid not. What exactly do you mean by that?

Of course it's possible that the market soil contains seeds from another plants, which may be mixed in basically from everywhere during the soil compost process. Also many harmful insect eggs may be hitchhiking inside the soil bag. :)

If you want to, the best way to get rid of most of them is to pour some boiling water on top of the soil until it soaks. On the other hand: My opinion is that I think they ain't so bad, so why bother.  ::)
