Which are your favourite peppers for fresh eating and for seasoning (the best tasting varieties divided in 2 groups: mild and hot)?
Which varieties are whit most unique aromas?

Annuum:

- Chilaca, Poblano, Guajillo, Mirasol (all pretty mild)
Baccatum:

- Aji Amarillo/Rojo, Starfish, Aji Cristal, most big ajis (mild to pretty hot)
Chinense:
------------
Aji Panca (mild), Cumari o passarinho (semi-hot)
Then, of course, the absolutely delicious rare wild pepper capsicum flexuosum plus many Rocoto-varieties...
