I live in Bulgaria, so currently have mainly Bulgarian varieties
Commercial varieties (As a matter of fact most (except few) of them are true heirlooms turned in commerce):
Zlaten Medal (Gold Medal) - Kapiya type (Kapiya (often written Kapia, but Kapiya is more correct)(means: scabbard / sheath) is a type of pepper with tapered and flattened fruit, which is the most common type of pepper in Bulgaria) - Sweet, juicy, aromatic, non-pungent - Average plant height: 65-75 cm., Fruits: average size 16-22 cm., average weight 65-75 gr. Plovdivska Shipka (known as Bulgarian Carrot) - Hot - Average plant height: 55-60 cm., Fruits: average size 7-8 cm., average weight 9 gr. Used for fresh eating (coarse flesh).
Djuliunska Shipka - Hot - Average plant height: 50 cm., Fruits: average size 5-6 cm. Average fruit weight 8-11 gr. Ripens red. Used for fresh eating, pickling.

Osmarsko kambe - Sweet, non-pungent - Kamba (Ratund) type, smooth, very thick walls, red when ripe. Average fruit diameter 8-10 cm. Average weight 120-140 gr.
Shablenska Kapiya - Kapiya type variety, non-pungent (do not have more info)
Non-Bulgarian varieties (commercial seeds):
Slonsko uho (Elephant Ear) - Sweet, non-pungent, Kapiya type, red when ripe, popular non-Bulgarian variety (Yugoslavian I think)

Verde per Sottaceti (Green for Pickling) - Italian variety. Sweet, non-pungent. Looks similar to Chorbadjiiski (see above). Small plant.
Also some non-commercial varieties (heirlooms) (they are not grown under isolation, so off types are possible):
Chervena Kamba - Sweet, juicy, non-pungent - tomato like shaped, smooth, very thick walls, red when ripe
Julta Kamba - Sweet, juicy, non-pungent - tomato like shaped, smooth, very thick walls, yellow when ripe
Unnamed - Pointsettia-type variety. Sweet, but hot too
Also have Thai hot/Thai Bird and Purple Beauty
