Too bad luck...  :(  Hopefully your next batch will escape the attention of the rodent army...

Mark,

Slugs, mice, sunburn,...

I would get rid of that black pearl plant, before it's the last one surviving around your house.

Drive 100km and bury that cursed plant as deep as you can dig.

Haven't you got any fellow growers nearby who may have a few plants to spare? If I lived closer i would hand you some straight away.

Steve

Hi Maxpowa,

After the mice finshed with my black pearl plant there is little left to bury/burn except for a 1 inch stump

I planted up a few hundred more seeds (and put plenty of mouse traps down)  so hopefully I'll still get a great crop before the season is over.

Shame about the Trinidad Scoripons, 7 pod, CGN 19198, Lanceloteum and the other rare pepper seeds people were kinf enough to send me.

Theres always next year though

Mark,

At least those darn mice did something right ;)

The rare seeds lost is a really sad thing, I hope you had some more of those tucked away somewhere.

Hope to see some pics of new seedlings soon!
