Nice pics... and VERY nice plant...
I hope that mine rhomboideum will sometimes look like that
I'm in your thread, spamming it with my own rhomboideum.

Btw, how was your yield? Mine produced 7 or 8 pods, only one of which has had seed in it.
At the moment almost only flowers in it.
She produce only now the first pods.
I will report at a later date, like the yield will.
And I have a cutting from tknummelin which has rooted nicely and is already growing its own leaves! it will take time for the first pods though
Very nice looking plant, gine! Same goes to your plant, tknummelin, I've seen it live already :D
Thank you!
will make tomorrow a picture from the complete plant.
Hi gine
it compliments many beautiful wonderful flowers
Thanks!

This is a very unusual, very nice chili plant, indeed! :) It's also one of the very few (about 3) capsicums that can grow as true trees, very tall!
Hi gine
fantastic... when you have seeded it?
Yes, this plant has a very unusual grew and she grows very fast in height.
@Grifo: i have seeded middle March.
... first ripe pod! :D

Very nice! Mine had only a few flowers and produced no pods to this point.
Hi John,
i have 2 rhomboideum-plants an have in one the same problem.
no flowers, although at one time sowed.
The plant from the pictures bears a lot of flowers and hundreds unripe pods.
That plant was actually very cold tolerant... one of the few plants that survived the frost and enjoyed growing outdoors, roots in the ground.
Only few species and varieties grow properly that way here in Finland!
I guess it would be good time to grow it again!
It's over 3 years since I grew it last time!
Hope I still have some seeds. :)

Me would interest which temperatur they have survived?
Can't say exactly as it's a long time since I grew them, but they still flowered after like -3 to -4 degrees celcius!
I still think C. flexuosum is even more cold tolerant.
Running some tests with it at the moment. :)
