How does Etkezi Paprika taste like? Is it sweet or hot? Looks very similar to Beaver Dam, which I have found to be a great variety; perhaps the best one for stuffing!

It does taste great, one of the best capsicum annuum this year. Sweet taste, some of the pods just have some heat at the inner walls, some were somewhat hotter. It should be a great variety for stuffing.

Sounds like sweeter than Beaver Dam. I think I will stick with that also next year.
Very nice pictures, Patrik. It looks like you had a good year with lots of varieties. I grew chilhaucle negro a few years ago and had a quite different version. Though they look almost like bell peppers, they had quite thin flesh. The heat was moderate and short lived.
