Hi there, I've started my season later than most of you, but earlier than in 2009 thou :).
Unfortunately my hydroponics project won't start, maybe 2011 would be "THE HYDRO YEAR".
But I'm not here to cry, but write something and show some photos.
This season is much bigger. No almost-random seeds, only choosen ones.
Heat combined with great taste was a leading plan for my cultivars.

I'm going to do lot of crosses this year. I'd have much time for chile things,
and of course a private greenhouse from the begining, not since july (like it was last time).
Everything's started on 7th of March.
Seeds are in cells now, almost 200 of them.
I did some preplanting soaking in chamomile tea.

Any news SOON!
germinated till TODAY: 110/~175
only the hottest C.chinenses are going slower, but the good news is that
all varietes germinate and seed husks(?) get off without any help

toothpick flags were replaced with supercool plastic ones coz' of mold ;)
it should be obvious that wood + high humidity and temperature = mold, but.... ;D
anyway everything is going just quite right
Hi pavlak!
You have nice collection chilli varietes.
Looks that your season is start exelent.
Good luck!
After a long time I'm updating a few photos.
In half of June there was accicent in my GH, all chinenses almost fried to death. They were not warmed up properly and had to small pots.
2 sunny days, and temperature in GH jumped to 45oC. See the result:

After quick overwatering, and cooling, most of them we managed to rescue. Half with inly few top leaves.

Now everything is OK, but weather in Poland is very tricky ;) Week of sweltering heat, and then week of heavy rains and temperature below 20oC.
Some vars. are very sensitive to NPK changes and lacks (Rocoto, Hot Paper Lantern) and they're keep loosing flowerbuds, but I hope Biobizz Biobloom will solve the problem.
Yellow mushrooms - all 4 plants with plenty of flowers and fruits

(http://lh6.ggpht.com/_KG7UtEnDLV8/TEreQdhSF8I/AAAAAAAABZc/K5TVLQqplr4/s144/P7244288.JPG) (http://picasaweb.google.pl/lh/photo/KyCw5LbetGRUV_duQd89Kg?feat=directlink)

hope u like it ;)
Nice pics. But maybe you should change the size of the pics.
thx, but what do you mean? where should i change it, here or picassa? are they too small or too big?
I don't get it
I think he meant the forum. Most of people won't click on the pics to see larger ones. In Picasa you can change the size from dropdown list when creating the link to the forum.
Nice pics BTW, we want more macro pictures :)
Excactly ;), Would be nice if the pics. where a bit larger here on the forum.
ok no problem for me 8)
I thought the the most important thing in macro shots is just choost which ones
you'd like to see(for ex. on minis), and then watch them in real size.
but, I could upload let's say 500x500,
next delivery - after this weekend, sunday evening probably...of course if the weather will be kind ;)
