this has probably been asked before but wich one should i use and when? chilifocus is a lot cheaper than the biobizz products, does it work just as well?

Biobizz works well (and I don't know chilifocus).

does someone know for how long a biogrow bottle is ok?
I've got mine for 3years I think and I wonder if it still ok.
