No 28-30c is about the sweet spot for germination for most variety's ive found, the variety's you have mentioned will take longer to germinate..But this isnt always the case and ive had ulupica germinate in a week and then other seeds take many weeks.

Thank you :) More pictures will follow :)
LainausБлагодарим вас мой друг (Hope that is right)

That's almost correct. That means "[we] thank you my friend"
In Russian the word "to thank" (and all the verbs btw) changes depending on pronoun:
I thank - благодарю (bluh-goh-duh-ryoo)
We thank - благодарим (-reem)
He or she thanks - благодарит (-reet)
They thank - благодарят (-ryat)
"h" here is not pronounced, -ryoo is as in Luke from StarWars (there's no difference between long and short U in Russian), ryat is almost as in blood :)
So I thank you too, my friend :)

Are not to far away i was trying `Thank you my Friend` ;)

Been working on a number of crosses, over a considerable period of time and some have done well, I stabilized My
Chocolate Habanero x Bhutt Jolokia(Habolokia) last year and getting some good feed back from the growers using it in there 2009 grow`s..the reason for this was just purely fun and where to variety's that where favorites so it seemed a good choice,i used isolated variety's s of each pepper..From 3 differnt sources and all, where successful to a degree. We choose the variety for the second grow from a combination of yield/Flavor/And cold tolerance attributes and of course test germination of seed.
This year we have about 30 crossing projects going between originally 3 people,That has now increased to 6,the main aim is to produce many cold tolerant variety's including tomatoes to and pass them to other Northern country's and also the Carib,Middle east and North/south America to see how people get on with growing there.
Fatallis Dutch hab is A most  commendable addition and one growers im sure will enjoy growing. Will add some pictures soon of 2009 crosses  :)

Nice to hear how you grow your peppers and other Edibles, also interests me where people grow there peppers as they more hardy than people take them for and survive in some unusual places,Will love forward to more pictures my friend.

Alex have seen a number of these used in Dubai and was told the price of these will go down quickly as the l.e.d
are being produced in higher quantity`s and also larger versions are being made for commercial applications,if your thinking for next season..i would certainly wait till the prices drop further  :)

Bugger i think you will have a great yield,i also tried a Red savina last year just with Perlite and it worked really well, but as Fatalii says its best to use a fert based for hydros,Biobizz is great for soil and coir but not for your needs..Just add your fert at minimal level to start and see how it progresses overtime  :)
