2ml/l- floramicro; 1ml/l- floramato

Floramicro contains nitrogen and potassium, and Floramato contains NPK. So you are adding a full fertilizer. Becides 3 ml/l is too low. You may use 5 g of dry fertilizer per litre. And the liquid one could be used even more.
You should get some ammonium nitrate or urea (not urine! ) and use it twice or more at one teaspoon per litre of water.

Today I cutted down my plants in EBB, leaving just stems. I will keep them in hydroponic system till some foliage grows. Should I give them just fresh water or add in solution some ferts?

Some ferts of course, but start with mild solution at first.
It would be good idea to cut some roots too.

Seems you joined the "bonchi club" too!

Great stems!!
After you are sure they will survive, I would recommend to cut them even more!
Keep in mind that they will grow height anyways later.
Just a recommendation tho.

Also, When they seem to get past the cutting, start exposing the large roots and bring the plant "up".
That's actually something you can do before cutting the plant down, or when repotting it to a smaller pot.

Or later..

They will look great!! Hope you have plenty of light for them.
Even if some leaves seem to die, don't worry, they will most likely grow new ones!
