That ulupica has really green leaves. Mine rocopica looks more like pubescens.
Are you sure that is jumping spider? It looks so big.

lee

It has some pube features but pic. doesn't show it that good

Could be an other spider don't know the exact name, but it jumps too  :). That's a small one, I've seen a couple this year that where huge.

Ahh, pimenta da neyde producing pods already.

It definitely has a tall growing habit, but the flowers, pods, stems and leaves all look so pretty.

For "ornamental" it's perfect as the pods also taste very good and are extremely hot... makes some pretty powder!

Jah

Hi!
The ugly one

looks like it has lack of calсium (or maybe copper) from souring of peat-based soil. Am I close?
My seed list http://spice-blog.ru/?p=290
Welcome to choose your new varieties :)

lee

Plant on the right was a leftover and hasn't been given any nutrients and the soil I use has some various kinds of peat mixed in it. So I guess you right about that  :).

The combination of purple-ish flowers/leaves/fruit makes this plant very special in my opinion. Can't wait to taste it.

That will look PERFECT when it has multicolored pods and pretty flowers growing on it!! :)

I think that plant earns a prettier pot and the most visibile spot at your garden!

I'm already digging up some roots on my small bolivian rainbow to make it look better as bonchi!

I think BR will be a great var for that stuff.

Might be just a little hard to get a THICK stem from it... perhaps at the large greenhouses.
